Clear answers. Careful documentation.
ADHD, ESA & Accommodation Evaluations in Davie, FL
Clinical evaluations and documentation for school, work, and housing from licensed therapists, in person in Davie and by telehealth across Florida.
When you need more than a therapy session
Sometimes what you need is something in writing: an ADHD evaluation, documentation for 504 plan or college disability services accommodations, support for a workplace accommodation, or an emotional support animal (ESA) letter for your housing. And you want it from someone who actually takes the time to understand you.
Our evaluations are grounded, thorough, and honest. You'll meet with a licensed clinician at our Davie office or online, who listens, asks the right questions, and gives you a clear picture of what's going on and what would help. When it's clinically appropriate, you'll leave with documentation that reflects the real you, not a template.
A few things to know first
An evaluation, not a letter service
You're paying for a clinician's time and judgment. Documentation is provided when it's clinically appropriate, never automatically.
No promises we can't keep
We can't guarantee a diagnosis, or that a school, employer, landlord, or surgeon will approve a request. Each one makes its own decision.
Clear, upfront pricing
Evaluations are self-pay, and every price is listed below, so you know exactly what to expect before you book.

Questions people ask
How much does an ADHD evaluation cost in Davie, FL?
Our ADHD evaluation for adults and teens is $475, and our comprehensive ADHD evaluation with a full written report is $950. Teen evaluations (ages 14–17) add $100 for the parent interview. Evaluations are self-pay.
Can a licensed therapist diagnose ADHD in Florida?
Yes. Licensed mental health counselors and licensed marriage and family therapists in Florida can assess and diagnose ADHD through a clinical evaluation. What we don't provide is psychological or neuropsychological testing (such as IQ or learning disability testing), which is done by a psychologist.
How do I get a legitimate ESA letter in Florida?
Florida requires ESA documentation to come from a licensed practitioner with personal knowledge of your condition. That's why our ESA letters always start with a real evaluation by a Florida-licensed clinician, in person or by telehealth. A letter is provided only if it's clinically indicated.
Will my school, employer, or landlord accept it?
Each organization makes its own decision, so check their documentation requirements before you book. Standardized tests like the SAT, LSAT, or MCAT often require full psychological testing, which we don't provide. We're happy to help you figure out what you need.
Do you offer evaluations online?
Yes. Most evaluations are available by telehealth for anyone located in Florida at the time of the appointment, or in person at our office in Davie, FL.
How long does it take to get my report?
Most reports and letters are ready within 7–10 business days after your evaluation and completed forms. Rush reports within 3 business days are available for an added fee when our schedule allows.
What if I don't get a letter?
The fee covers the evaluation itself. If documentation isn't clinically indicated, your evaluator will walk you through why and share recommendations for your next steps.
Do you take insurance for evaluations?
Evaluations are self-pay. If you're not sure what you need, we can schedule an intake appointment, which can usually be billed to insurance.
Is there anything you don't offer?
We refer out for court, custody, and other legal evaluations; immigration evaluations; psychological or neuropsychological testing (including IQ, learning disability, and autism); disability benefit evaluations; and evaluations for children under 14. We'll point you toward the right provider.
Not sure which evaluation you need?
You don't have to have it figured out. Reach out, tell us what's going on, and we'll help you find the right next step, with warmth, clarity, and zero pressure.
