About Taly
Taly Kadoch believes healing begins with understanding, not judgment. She helps clients move beyond simply managing symptoms to uncover the deeper patterns, beliefs, and life experiences that shape how they think, feel, and relate to themselves and others. For many of the people she works with, real change comes not from doing more, but from finally understanding why.
Working from a trauma-informed and holistic perspective, Taly integrates evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), hypnosis-informed interventions, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. Rather than applying a single method, she tailors therapy to each client's goals, building an approach that is collaborative, flexible, and deeply personalized.
Taly has a particular passion for high-functioning adults: professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives who appear successful on the outside while privately struggling with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, emotional disconnection, or unresolved trauma. She also works with adults and older adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family challenges, couples concerns, addiction recovery, life transitions, and self-esteem.
Clients often describe Taly as compassionate, insightful, and direct. She believes meaningful change happens when insight is paired with action, creating a space where clients feel genuinely supported while also being gently challenged to recognize their patterns, build self-awareness, and develop lasting tools. Her goal is to help clients strengthen the relationship they have with themselves, build emotional resilience, and create lives that feel more authentic and aligned with who they truly are.
Outside of CMC
Outside the therapy room, Taly is drawn to personal growth, psychology, spirituality, and the connection between mind and body. She loves spending time in nature, traveling, having meaningful conversations, and continuously learning about human behavior and emotional well-being. Her background in dance gave her a deep appreciation for adaptability, emotional expression, and resilience, qualities that continue to shape both her life and her work. She believes growth isn't about becoming someone different; it's about reconnecting with who you've always been and learning to meet life's challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness.
