About Jordyn

Jordyn is a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student at Nova Southeastern University, currently completing her practicum here at CMC Therapy. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Her approach integrates Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. She helps clients explore the stories that have shaped their lives, reconnect with their inner voice, and gently guide them toward rewriting patterns that no longer serve them. 

Jordyn is passionate about creating a safe space where clients can feel grounded and more connected to themselves. She believes therapy works best when it feels like a real connection: one where you feel seen, supported, and understood. Her style is collaborative and intuitive, meeting you where you are in each moment. She is not here to “fix” you, but to help you find your way back to yourself.  

Outside of CMC

Jordyn spends her time in ways that nourish her energy and keep her grounded. She enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and staying active, while making space for quiet moments of solitude and self-reflection to recharge and reconnect. Spiritual practices like meditation, tarot, and journaling are part of her routine, helping her slow down and tune inward. Alongside her solo practices, Jordyn treasures time with friends and loved ones, connecting through laughter, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences.

At her core, Jordyn values balance: finding harmony between stillness and movement, solitude and connection, and lightness and depth. She believes that time spent reflecting and recharging feeds her soul, allowing her to show up fully for others. Whether she’s getting lost in a book, sharing a deep conversation with a friend, or simply checking in with herself, Jordyn brings presence and authenticity to everything she does.
