About Juliana
Dr. Juliana Becker is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy, dedicated to creating a supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can navigate significant life transitions with confidence and clarity. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Becker is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals and lead more fulfilling lives.
She earned both her Master’s and Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University’s Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her doctoral Applied Clinical Project, “The Development of a Wellness Program in Children’s Hospitals to Improve the Emotional Well-being of Parents and Siblings of Children with Cancer,” reflects her deep commitment to the mind-body connection and holistic, systemic healing.
With specialized training in medical family therapy, Dr. Becker helps individuals and families understand and cope with both acute and chronic medical diagnoses. Her integrative therapeutic approach draws from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She believes therapy is a collaborative journey where clients are empowered to explore their experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, and cultivate skills that enhance both personal growth and day-to-day well-being.
