About Day

Day is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s many transitions. Since beginning her career in 2017, Day has supported clients through a wide range of challenges—whether it’s adjusting to a major move, navigating divorce or new relationships, facing career shifts, or stepping into the journey of parenthood.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Day brings a compassionate and trauma-informed lens to her work. Her clinical toolkit includes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation, and Narrative Therapy.

Day is known for creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel truly seen and supported. In your first session, she takes the time to get to know you—not just your struggles, but your strengths—and collaborates with you to create a treatment plan that’s personalized, intentional, and rooted in your goals.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Day is committed to making therapy accessible, inclusive, and meaningful for all those she serves.
