Her Approach

Natalia earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University.

Natalia's approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. She believes meaningful growth happens when clients feel truly comfortable and supported, and she works to create a space where they can show up as themselves without fear of judgment. She values building authentic connections and meeting each client exactly where they are, helping them recognize their own strengths while working toward lasting change.

She draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play-based interventions, and trauma-informed care. Natalia has experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD and executive-functioning challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, social struggles, and major life transitions. Her goal is to help clients develop practical tools, gain insight into their emotions, and feel more confident navigating everyday life.

Natalia is fully bilingual and provides therapy in both English and Spanish, offering culturally responsive care to Spanish-speaking children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
