Her Approach
Brianna believes that the foundation of meaningful therapy is a genuine, trusting relationship. With warmth, authenticity, compassion, and a nonjudgmental presence, she strives to create a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Her person-centered, humanistic approach is rooted in her social work background and a recognition that our experiences, relationships, and environments shape how we see ourselves and navigate the world.
Through a collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, Brianna helps clients explore underlying patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. She draws from evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Her work emphasizes helping clients navigate difficult thoughts and emotions, develop psychological flexibility, and take meaningful steps toward living a life aligned with their values.
Brianna has a particular interest in grief and loss, recognizing that grief extends beyond the death of a loved one. Whether navigating bereavement, changes in health, the loss of a relationship, or an unexpected life transition, she provides space to process these experiences while finding ways to move forward without minimizing what has been lost.
Above all, Brianna believes therapy should offer more than a place to talk. She is passionate about helping clients translate insight into meaningful change, leaving them feeling supported, empowered, and more confident in their ability to navigate life's challenges.
