About Brianna

Brianna is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in Family, Youth, & Community Sciences. Her clinical work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach and draws from multiple evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She also has experience facilitating psychoeducation to support clients in building insight, emotional regulation skills, and practical tools for everyday life. Brianna works with adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, relational challenges, and the emotional impact of living with chronic illness.

Brianna is passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Known for her authenticity and nonjudgmental presence, she strives to meet clients exactly where they are—with compassion, curiosity, and care. She believes that while painful experiences can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected, we are always more than what has happened to us. Her work focuses on helping clients explore those stuck points and move toward a life that feels more aligned and meaningful. She aims to not only hold space for reflection, but to help clients build insight they can act on in real life. Brianna’s approach is collaborative and strengths-based, rooted in the belief that healing begins with self-understanding, self-trust, and connection.
